Colonia de Sant Jordi is one of the most sought after places in the south of Mallorca. This is because it has the atmosphere of a village but with the life of a tourist center on the coast. Here you will find restaurants, bars, supermarkets and all kinds of services, as well as schools and health centers all year round.
The beaches of Es Trenc and Es Carbo, two of the best beaches in the south of the island, are just a few minutes walk from the apartment and the marina with its pier at 2 minutes.
The apartment is located on the second floor without elevator, has two bedrooms, a complete bathroom, a very bright kitchen and a good living-dining room with access to a terrace (balcony) from which you can see the beach.
On the top floor there is a private terrace as big as the apartment itself. It is accessed by the communal staircase, but it is separated from the rest of the terraces and can be used privately. The apartment also has a parking space and a storage room.
