At the entrance of the flat we have a wardrobe for jackets and shoes. We give way to a spacious living-dining room with a very practical open kitchen. It has two spacious bedrooms, one of them with en suite bathroom. A complete bathroom for the use of the second bedroom or guests. The whole flat has been recently refurbished and both the furniture and the property are in a perfect condition. The windows face east and you will have natural light from first thing in the morning. All rooms have hot and cold air-conditioning. Very quiet building with few neighbours.
