The apartment is situated in a building without neighbours in which the ground floor is occupied by the private garage. On the 1st floor we find the apartment, distributed in a completely new and custom-made kitchen with all appliances in stainless steel. The kitchen has been renovated so that it is open to the living room area and a small courtyard with lots of charm. In the living room two large windows let in lots of light, one from the inner courtyard and others to the street. There are three bedrooms, two of them double and one single, and two bathrooms, one of them ensuite.
On the top floor of the building we have a very spacious room that serves as a laundry room and perhaps as a storage room, leading to the upper terrace where we have a solarium area with hammocks and from which you have wonderful views of the town and the coast of the municipality.
