The outside area of the house has a large porch and terrace next to the swimming pool with a large barbecue and children's area. The house is landscaped with rose bushes, palm trees, and different fruit trees (orange and lemon trees). The villa consists of two floors, the basement will remain closed. There is enough parking space inside the property for three cars. The property is equipped with air conditioning (hot/cold) and double-glazed windows. This house will be an ideal place to spend a few months in Mallorca by the sea/beach and within walking distance to all amenities such as supermarkets, shops, banks, medical centers, and a nice promenade with a variety of restaurants, cafés, and bars.
