Location
In a residential street, in the exposed mill district of Sineu, is the sunny property with its two single Mallorcan stone houses with lots of nice outdoor seating. It is only a 4-minute walk to the medieval town center, with one of the oldest marketplaces in Mallorca (Sa Placa) and the imposing Iglesia Santa Maria de Sineu. Enjoy the authentic Mallorcan cuisine in the numerous restaurants, bars and cellars (wine cellars).
Main house
The old Mallorcan farmhouse, with its original natural stone facade, has been carefully renovated. Historical building fabric as well as Mallorcan building u. Style elements combined with today's needs for amenities (including central heating) create an environment in which you will feel comfortable. The authentic interior of the old kitchen was largely retained, but it was sensibly supplemented with new electrical appliances. The former stable in the house and an adjoining room have been converted into spacious bathrooms (1 of them on the ground floor with a large walk-in shower, 1 of them on the upper floor with a bathtub), the former storage areas on the upper floor have been converted into 2 beautiful bedrooms. On the ground floor there is another bedroom and living room. Enjoy not only the wonderful patio with its outside kitchen and the original (still functional) oven, but also the unique roof terrace with its impressive 360 ° panoramic view.
Guest house
The original guest house, a former self-sufficient cattle barn with an old, preserved feeding manger, combines modern comfort and modern interior with the charm of bygone times. The bedroom with bathroom en suite on the first floor, the living room and Dining area with fully equipped kitchenette on the ground floor, the two patios and, ultimately, the house equipment and it's details guarantee a unique ambience
