This property is built in Mallorcan style limestone and welcomes us with an entrance hall that directly evokes a cliff directly overlooking the sea. Equipped with all the latest technology, it has a lift that connects with the lower part of the house. On the first floor is the master bedroom with two fully equipped bathrooms with shower/bathtub. In the other wing of the house is situated the modern and perfectly equipped kitchen with all the appliances and all the comforts, connected with a spacious living and dining room and a terrace with sea views. The ground floor consists of 4 double bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms, two of them with terrace with sea views, a kitchen with wood oven and access to the side garden with a large dining room with sea views. On this same floor is also the laundry room. The lower floor comprises a games room, SPA, room with sauna and jacuzzi. In the garden, there are spectacular stairs leading down to the wonderful swimming pool with integrated children's pool area.
