This beautiful villa is available to spend a wonderful summer in Mallorca. Located in one of the best areas of the village of Santanyí, just 5 minutes by bike from the village or 15 minutes from beaches such as S'Amarador or Cala Santanyí.
The villa comprises two buildings surrounded by wonderful and well-kept gardens where you can enjoy the good climate of the island.
In the main building we find on the first floor a living room open concept to the kitchen and dining room, a space full of light, cozy and modern at the same time and diaphanous. From this area we have access to two bedrooms on the ground floor, both large and with their own bathroom en suite, plus we also have a third bathroom for guests. All rooms, the living room and kitchen have direct access to the terraces and front and back gardens of the house.
On the upper floor we have access to a second living room, with a large sofa and TV and sound equipment, ideal as a family cinema area. From here a large terrace with spectacular views of the southeast coast of the island and the village of Santanyí. On this terrace we find a barbecue area and another chill out area. On this floor we also have the master bedroom, a special room, overlooking the sea and with a large dressing room and an impressive en suite bathroom.
Already in the back terrace area we have a large porch with a meeting area for the family, just in front of the large pool. Here we find the pool house with another beautiful bedroom and bathroom en suite for guests.
The house comes with extras such as a pool table, a Finnish sauna, yoga equipment, a Water rower rowing machine, six bicycles, a petanque court, a Weber barbecue (pizza stone), as well as an original fire pit and a small shady olive grove with hammocks, the perfect place to be away from it all.
