The finca is located on the top of a hill with breathtaking views over Puerto de Andratx and the sea.
The historic wooden entrance hall leads to a large living room built with stones from Mallorca, high ceilings and artistic decoration. Turning right, you enter the kitchen, where we find the heart of the property. There is a wood burning stove and the whole finca is heated by boiler which then travels to the heaters. Handmade terracotta tiles are a prominent feature throughout the kitchen, living room and dining room. Other features of the main areas are wooden beams and large wooden windows that let in all the natural light.
From the main living room there is a covered porch and lawn area. To the right is the current workshop, however, it is a two bedroom guest apartment with a shared bathroom separate from the main house. The outdoor dining area is located between the main house and the guest flat and from this side there is access to what could be converted into an additional bedroom, just off the kitchen. It is currently used as a small office/storage room with its own bathroom.
On the upper level of the main house are the rest of the bedrooms, having the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and two spacious double bedrooms with a shared bathroom. Between the two bedrooms there is a porch overlooking the bay of Port Andratx and the sea with an outdoor bed so that you can also sleep outside on a nice summer day.
The pool area is located in the charming back part of the finca, which makes you feel part of the environment.
The property, as well as being self-sufficient, is currently a meeting point for private events.
