The country village of Ariany is situated in the northeast centre of Mallorca. From there it is less than 10 minutes by car to the bay of Alcudia and the village of Manacor or about 25 minutes by car to the city of Palma.

Stone tiles are laid on the outside terraces, but there are wooden floors around the swimming pool. In addition, there is a brick barbecue, a toilet, a storage room and an old rainwater cistern.
