This village house, built in 1900, is being completely renovated and extended while preserving some of the original elements. On the ground floor there is the open plan living, dining and kitchen area with big windows overlooking the pool, as well as a bedroom and a bathroom. On the upper floor are the other two bedrooms and two further bedrooms. From the various terraces and the pool you have a fantastic view over the landscape and to the Tramuntana mountains. Details are polished concrete floors and micro cement, iron staircase, double glazing, air conditioning hot/cold and underfloor heating. The completion of this wonderful village house is planned for spring 2023.
