This impressive architectural project in the form of a Pardo speed boat will be built on the seafront of Cala Mandia. It has been designed by two Spanish architects with an internationally recognised career.

On a plot of 800 m2, with a total of 338 m2 of constructed area and 110 m2 of porches and terraces, very exclusive materials and a spectacular design are combined to create a project without equal on our island.

The "upper deck" is fully equipped with a special glass, which can be darkened in 3 minutes and therefore adapts to any time of the day or circumstance. The same applies to the panoramic roof and the blinds that can be extended on both sides of the terraces.

In the centre is the open kitchen with dining area in the background and an adjacent living terrace with barbecue facilities and access to the garden and a parking area for 3 cars. Optional are a carport with integrated solar cells for charging electric cars as well as a practical garden shed for storing bicycles and garden tools in the immediate vicinity of the entrance. The project includes an underground garage with hydraulic lift for one vehicle.

At the front, the living room with the designer fireplace opens up with a dreamlike view of the turquoise blue water of the Cala Mandia. The transition is very smooth and leads to the 70 m2 terrace and the sea. An elegant waterfall with a small infinity pool has been integrated into the terrace. The windows in the pool floor provide a reflection of the water in the master bedroom, from above and through the overflow of the large window.

A stainless steel staircase leads down from the upper deck terrace. The "lower deck" is also equipped with impressive details: a master bedroom of almost 60 m2, with an experiential en suite bathroom with shower with sea views through a window, the spacious dressing room, another fireplace, the water play of the waterfall and the sea views. In total there are 2 bedrooms for children/guests, each with opposite bathrooms. In addition, there is a cinema room which can be used as a fourth bedroom or as an office. Behind the cinema is the laundry room and the technical room.

In the lower part of the garden, in front of the villa, a 45 m2 swimming pool with a waterfall has been created. Only the best technology has been used: domotic control of the underfloor heating with air/heat pump, iGlass, air conditioning, shading of the terraces... Materials from the nautical world are also used, especially resistant to the weather.
